 No. EVARA is a marketplace built around art, products and fair commercial opportunity. Our focus is on creating sustainable pathways through the value of creativity rather than positioning our artists through charity. 

 Our collections include art-led and handcrafted products such as greeting cards, stationery, mugs, home décor, cushions, accessories, apparel, handcrafted products, festive gifts and curated gifting collections. Our range continues to grow as more SHILPKAARS join the marketplace. 

 Many EVARA products feature original artworks created by our SHILPKAARS. The artwork is thoughtfully adapted to different products while retaining the creative identity of the artist. We also have brilliantly handcrafted products made by some of our talented artisans.

 Some collections are handcrafted, while others are professionally manufactured using original artwork. Each product page provides relevant information about the product, materials and craftsmanship. 

Since the platform allows a degree of customization, we have not automated the shopping experience through the website.  Hence you are kindly requested to take a screenshot of your preferred product, and whatsapp it to us on +91-8519899332 with the quantity required and the pincode of your city.  Yes. EVARA offers corporate gifting solutions for employees, clients, customers, partners and festive occasions. We can curate products, customised gifts, gift hampers and bulk orders based on your requirements. Customisation and bulk gifting are available for selected products. Requirements such as quantity, personalisation, branding, packaging, artwork, production timelines and pricing can be discussed before confirmation. 

 Yes, subject to product availability and order requirements. Our team can help curate a thoughtful combination of products for personal or corporate gifting. 

 Personalisation may be available for selected products and bulk/corporate orders. Please check the individual product description or contact EVARA before placing your order. 

 We make every effort to represent products accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and differences between screens. Handcrafted products may also have natural variations that make each piece unique. 

 EVARA currently delivers across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by our logistics partners. Delivery time depends on product availability, processing time and your location. Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within a few business days, followed by courier transit time. Customised and corporate orders may require additional production time.  The specific timeline mentioned on the product page or confirmed for your order will apply. 

 Yes every Shilpkaar on Evara earns through every product sold. EVARA operates through artist partnership and commercial arrangements designed to create opportunities for artists to earn from their creativity. The applicable commercial terms may vary by artist, product and partnership model. 

 “SHILPKAAR” represents a creator or craftsperson. At EVARA, the word celebrates our artists for their skill, creativity and contribution, rather than defining them by disability. 

 EVARA has been created with a strong focus on artists and creators who may face barriers to visibility and economic opportunity, including artists with disabilities. Our marketplace celebrates ability, creativity and craftsmanship first. 

EVARA enables organisations to combine beautiful gifting with purposeful impact. Corporate gifts can showcase original art, support creative livelihoods and communicate a meaningful commitment to inclusion.  Yes. We support bulk and corporate gifting requirements, subject to product availability, quantity, production capacity and timelines. 

 Yes you can add your logo on all our  art based products. Even the packaging and gifting solutions may be customised with corporate branding, subject to feasibility and minimum order quantities. 

 Personalised and customised products may generally not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable policy. 

Please photograph the package and product and contact EVARA as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Photographs or an unboxing video can help us assess and resolve the issue. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographs/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
